Return and Refund Policy

The refund will be made to the original payment method. Additionally, please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned to the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

1. Damaged items

2. Only works of art that are in perfect condition will be returned, for which graphic documentation will be requested prior to return to observe the state of the work of art.

3. Only works of art that present appropriate packaging will be returned.

4. No work of art will be returned after 14 days from the date of receipt.

5. All expenses derived from the return of the work will be borne by the buyer (Courier and shipping insurance)

6. Any work that has been made to order and that is personalized according to the client's taste cannot be returned.
