There may be the possibility that, when you receive the work, you want to exchange it or make a return. In any of these cases, you have 14 days to do so from the date of receipt.

All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns will not be accepted for any work that is not in the same condition in which it was sent.

Shipments are made through courier companies that will inform the customer, using a tracking code, of their status.

For deliveries in Spain, business days are between 3 and 5 days and for the European Union between 5 and 8 days.

Free shipping for Spain.

For other countries in the EUROPEAN UNION, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the merchandise. Shipping will be free for purchases over 695 euros. The price of the shipping costs will appear in the shopping cart, when the item is selected, if the amount is less than said amount.
