There may be the possibility that, when you receive the work, you want to exchange it or make a return. In any of these cases, you have 14 days to do so from the date of receipt.

All return shipping costs, as well as insurance costs, will be borne by the buyer.

Returns will not be accepted for any work that is not in the same condition in which it was sent.

The average preparation time for shipping the work is between 3 and 5 days, if the shipment is to Spain; and between 7 and 10 days if it is in CEE countries.

All shipments will be made with a tracking number that will be sent to the buyer by the courier.

For other countries in the EUROPEAN UNION, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the merchandise. Shipping will be free for purchases over 695 euros. The price of the shipping costs will appear in the shopping cart, when the item is selected, if the amount is less than said amount.
